Home support is priced differently than business support so you always know what applies to you. Travel fees may apply based on distance, parking, and tolls, and are always quoted before scheduling.
On-demand or flat-rate package
Best for Wi-Fi issues, speed problems, printers, setup, and everyday tech.
- Remote: $50/hr (30-minute minimum; billed in 30-minute increments)
- On-site (home): $70/hr (2-hour minimum)
Starter package plus monthly options
We confirm scope and pricing before starting. If anything changes, we pause and get approval in writing.

- Tier B (Small team): up to 3 users, up to 3 computers, 1 printer, basic Wi-Fi and router troubleshooting
- Tier C (Office setup): up to 5 users, up to 5 computers, 1 printer, basic access, email, and MFA guidance
Boundaries: excludes servers and Active Directory, major cabling projects, advanced VLAN redesigns, compliance programs, after-hours emergency response, and large migrations. If extra scope is needed, we quote it in writing first.
