Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

Home support and business support are priced differently so the right rate is clear. Travel fees may apply based on distance, parking, and tolls, and are always quoted before scheduling.

How we prevent surprises

If we discover something outside the original scope, such as hardware failure, an ISP outage, or unusual complexity, we pause, explain the options, and provide a written estimate before continuing. No extra work proceeds without your approval.

Monthly support for small businesses

Helpful scope notes

A few details that keep expectations clear before work begins.

Small Business Starter scope tiers
  • Solo: 1 user, 1 computer, 1 mobile device, 1 printer
  • Small team: up to 3 users, up to 3 computers, 1 printer, basic Wi-Fi and router troubleshooting
  • Office setup: up to 5 users, up to 5 computers, 1 printer, basic access, email, and MFA guidance
Common exclusions

Starter packages exclude servers and Active Directory, major cabling projects, advanced VLAN redesigns, compliance programs, after-hours emergency response, and large migrations unless quoted separately.

Why business rates are different

Business support usually carries more operational responsibility than home support. A Wi-Fi outage, email issue, phone routing problem, or access mistake can affect multiple people and business revenue, so business work is priced separately while still staying approachable for small teams.

Market-positioned pricing

BridgeTech's business support rates are designed to sit below typical small-business IT and consulting market rates while keeping the work sustainable, professional, and clearly scoped.

Important note

This page is for general information and does not create a contract. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing through an estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
