How does the process work?

Do I need to know technical terms?
No. A simple description is enough. We translate the technical parts into clear next steps.
Do you offer remote and on-site support?
Yes. If it can be fixed remotely, we keep it efficient. If it needs hands-on work, we schedule an on-site visit.
How do you price work?
For home support, remote starts at $50 per hour with a 30 minute minimum, billed in 30 minute increments.
On-site is $70 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
If travel fees apply based on distance, parking, or tolls, we quote that before scheduling.
Can you help businesses and home users?
Yes. We support both. The request form asks what type of support you need so we can route it correctly.
What if something is urgent?
Mention it up front in the form or call us. We will tell you what is realistic and the best way to move forward.
